JOB TITLE: Lead Generation Executive

DEPARTMENT: Business Development

REPORTS TO: Team Lead

PURPOSE:

We are seeking a driven and communicative Lead Generation Executive to join our dynamic team. This role will play a crucial part in our growth strategy, focusing on generating high-quality leads, managing email campaigns, and ensuring optimal email deliverability. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise in lead generation and email marketing, as well as strong experience with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce. KEY RESPONSIBILTIES:

Lead Generation & Data Scraping

  • Scrape bulk data from LinkedIn to extract relevant contact information for leads.
  • Validate the extracted data to ensure its accuracy and completeness.
  • Perform manual scrubbing of bulk data to ensure high data quality.
  • Achieve daily targets of 1.5K–2K ready-to-use data points.

Email Marketing & Campaign Execution

  • Utilize email marketing best practices to execute large-scale campaigns via Salesforce.
  • Ensure email deliverability by managing domain health, including domain setup and warmup processes.
  • Achieve and maintain a deliverability rate of 95%+ for all email campaigns.
  • Execute mass email sends using Salesforce, managing large email lists and scheduling campaigns.
  • Ensure campaign response rates of 3-4% or higher.

CRM & Salesforce Management

  • Configure and manage Salesforce CRM for lead tracking, campaign management, and reporting.
  • Maintain a clean and organized CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date lead data.
  • Monitor and analyze email campaign performance using Salesforce’s reporting and dashboard tools.
  • Optimize lead generation strategies and email campaigns based on CRM insights.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:

  • At least bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience working in a software house or similar tech environment.
  • Strong expertise in lead generation, including data scraping, manual scrubbing, and validation.
  • Advanced Excel skills for managing and analyzing large datasets.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
